Prices are creeping up. I started using parcel monkey as they had the best prices. Unfortunately the prices are creeping up and they are no longer the cheapest option. Time to go back to another courier.

Did not receive my item, parcelforce said it was delivered & showed a photo of someone else’s door with a package in it, now the supplier Panasonic are trying to locate my item, so hopefully they do locate it soon & I get it, so not impressed.

Booked DPD via parcelmonkey - failed to collect, several questions all day got no response from parcelmonkey live chat.

Courier failed to collect, didn’t contact collection end despite insisting on having a contact number. Tried to rebook for following day, automated phone service required tracking number that wasn’t recognised, chat bot was useless dead end also. Gave up, thankfully seller agreed to despatch via post office. In the end this was just extra inconvenience for both parties and I’ve ended up paying twice. Thumbs down.

Booked pickup for guaranteed next day delivery. No pickup. Pickup rebooked for following day. No pickup again. Complete waste of time and money.

My parcels were collected lunchtime and delivered the next day to the other end of the country. No hassle at all, turned up when they said and delivered within the timescale given, all at a very reasonable cost.

I shopped around before choosing Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to Austria, and their price was very competitive. The service was excellent, with easy tracking that allowed me to keep the recipient informed when the parcel arrived. Unfortunately, the company I returned the goods to has not refunded me, which only highlights how well Parcel Monkey did their job. I really appreciated their reliable service.

Still havent received my Express delivery parcel, now day 5!! DX Delivery is a joke, you cant speak to anyone, kept on hold for 2 hours and then cut off. Avoid these fools!!!

Easy to enter size & weight of your parcel and address of where its going .Then it gives you a list of couriers you can use .I found the customs form easy to complete .My parcel reached its destination and was collected by a family member in Spain. All good thank you

Easy to select input parcel details and print posting info. Posting parcel which was a 12 inch cube box was reasonably priced.

You gave me a reasonable service however the company you gave me DX Express were awful !! Having gone for a next day delivery the item picked on 6th Jan still not arrived now the 12th Jan, I hope I get some money back !!!

**** service. Lost my parcel. Hidden fees for the reciever. Not happy at all. I paid a lot of money for a parcel to be sent to Tunisia before xmas and still not arrived. No info

My parcel was collected as per the agreement, however it hasn’t been received and the tracking claims it was left by a gate, which doesn’t strike me as a safe place, as the tracking suggested. I now am having to go down the route of an insurance claim. I didn’t receive any notification of the delivery.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on many occasions, all without problem. But over the last week Ive had multiple parcels fail to be collected. Ill now be booking in directly with couriers, even if it means paying extra.

The cost can be a lot lower than booking direct with a courier and you get the same service but when I booked postage with Royal Mail recently through Parcel Monkey I found out that package tracking wasnt available when I inputted the Parcel Monkey tracking number into the Royal Mail website. Maybe this is why it was a lot cheaper. I had to rely on the recipient to tell me they had received the package to know it had been delivered
