Quick and simple.

Only giving 4stars as the pickup was two days late
The delay wasn’t parcel monkey fault but the courier.

Booked a pacèl for collection. The collection did not happen on the scheduled date. I requested for an update and was advised that the drivers dont carry phones and so can not be contacted. They will pick up the parcel between 8 to 6 pm. When the collection didnt happen, the customer associates moved the picked to another date. On that date also pick up didnt happen and upon checking the same response was given. It is absolutely hopeless and unprofessional. It looks like I have no option other than to cancel and parcelmonkey is least bothered about their customer lost time ( I waited two days at home for this pickup).

I was charged close to a £100 extra, because they said that my weight was not what I mentioned or the dimensions were not as I had mentioned. They did not provide me with any proof as of yet. They charged me first and then informed me of the extra charge.

I booked a courier collection via Parcel Monkey for a specific date, only to wake up to a text this morning that the collection has actually been arranged for today. Getting the date of a request right is a pretty important aspect of handling a request. I will not be using them again

I booked a parcel with parcel monkey , wasnt collected . Contact their support feel support wasnt very supporting parcel still not collected 2 days on and paid for 24 hr as it was a item that someone purchased from my Ebay so now parcel very late Ebay not happy with me. Getting absolutely no further getting parcel collected.

**** show - delivered someone elses parcel to me after putting a label with my address onto it. I still have the incorrectly delivered parcel over a month later and support have done nothing to get this poor person back their lost property.

I paid to send a parcel via Evri, but the QR code did not work when the sales assistant tried to scan it in the shop. I tried the order code provided by Parcel Monkey, and that did not work either. I immediately sent a message to Parcel Monkey, and have had no response 16 hours later. No phone number or live chat. I sent a further message to cancel my order. Atrocious customer service.

Reliable service

No issues with Parcel Monkey. However, the courier selected (DPD) uplifted the parcel the next day (29th) but didnt deliver until the 31st and, given that the parcel was clearly marked on all four sides and on the top to "Please keep upright", the driver placed it up on his shoulder on its side. I had to inform him that it was a printer full of ink so unfortunately, I wasnt exactly impressed with the experience.

I had been using an alternative courier comparison site and twice in 3 months when I came to post my items the Post Office told me the bar code had already been used. No problems with Parcel Monkey. Easy to use and I think the prices maybe the cheapest. Thank you Parcel Monkey :)

Dont recomended . I send a parcel in Monday and should take 3 days to arrived. 1 week gone and still not delivered and tracking parcel looks like frozen From 4 days - no progress. Really bad expierence for me. No more.

I have been using ParcelMonkey for many years now to send parcels mainly to Japan. I usually choose their cheapest carrier. They are always reliable, deliver on time and keep informed of any issues that might arise along the way.
