I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and clear the website was

Easy to select shipping courier and speed of delivery. I used the UPS delivery option to have it shipped to the USA and it was delivered within 3 days which was pretty fast.

I booked my parcel with another courier giving size, etc details. I paid and received details of the label to be printed. When I called at two shop drop-offs I was informed that the package was too big for them. What do I do? I cant even find how to get my money back cos the Parcel Monkey site is so awful and unworkable.

We have used Parcel Monkey for a few years and it is so easy to select the right carrier for our customers delivery and the very rare issue (not Parcel Monkey) I have experienced they are at the end of the telephone and email and respond in good time and with always a resolution.

We were using parcel monkey on a daily basis but when things go wrong it is never their fault if your item fails to get delivered they charge more than double the price to return the item to you once you have paid their ransom they will then send at there lesiure for this reason we have stopped using them

Safely delivered and Extremely well packages everything individually wrapped well and wrapped well especially as some of it was thin glass, I am well impressed and I will hopefully use them again. Thank you and your team very much

Thought Id booked it for courier to bring Label Contacted Customer Services on Live Chat and told I hadnt So I asked if a Label could be provided the person on Chat said she would get in touch with the Courier and get back to me via email I heard nothing back so I had to walk a 3.5 mile round trip to get the Label printed off at a garage and Im disabled not very happy with the Service Then the courier did bring a Label to put the lid on it

Happy with the collection and the helpful driver. It was easy to track the driver and he arrived at the expected time by the tracking process. What I did find with parcel monkey was that they we’re happy with 2 large parcels and as a person with a disability the driver was quite happy to ensure that the parcels were adequately packaged for me. Also the tracking facility was able to show me that the parcels were delivered. In fact the parcels were delivered earlier than expected which was brilliant as I had a deadline to keep. Thank you parcel monkey, I recommend you and will definitely use you again should the need presents it’s self.

I had a really frustrating experience with Parcel Monkey and Force Parcel. So, heres the deal: Force Parcel couldnt ship overseas due to restricted items, but Parcel Monkey wouldnt give me a refund or an official letter from Force Parcel stating that they wouldnt issue a refund. Dealing with their lack of cooperation was a headache. Its like theyre trying to scam their customers. Id definitely advise people to steer clear of them to avoid getting caught up in their shady practices. Sharing this warning could help others stay away from potential scams.

Competitive price, Shocking website, crushing, impossible to print without screen shots. I wasted 1.5 hpurs for 1 parcel, I did the restof the parcels with Royal mail

I would strongly recommend to use direct service with DPD, Royal Mail or anything but this monkey business. They are absolutly no good for when you need to send that urgent precious parcels where sentiment are involved. They dont have no sympathy and just say its the couriers fault and will take 48 hours to get a response when you should have had the parcel in your hand. They do not send instructions to pickup and are unreliable. Never again..

VERY BAD SERVICE. I SENT A PARCEL ON JANUARY 9, 2024, AND IT IS STILL IN TRANSIT. TODAY DATE IS MARCH 3, 2024. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE. Well contact you as soon as the courier response. THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THIS THING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.
