Still ongoing with a missed shipment from November. Have asked for a supervisors email now three times which has been completely ignored. If you want to preserve your sanity, do not use Parcel Monkey.

Deliver a parcel at 1:30am. I get up at 7am, open the curtains to the view of a horrible rainy day. I go to leave the house at 8:30am and am confronted with a wet and soggy cardboard box on my doorstep. Nuff said!

I chose Royal Mail but did not realise they don’t give a time slot for pick up so waiting in all day. Finally arrived at 15.30. Will use DPD another time.

You complete a booking at a confirmed price, you then get charged extra for no valid reason and funds are taken form your PayPal account without permission , it is not possible to keep track of responses to complaints and refunds because the tread vanishes once you have read it.

Did exactly what they said they would do, collected on time and delivered on time, but what got them the 5 star review, there was a human element, a person on the other end of the telephone when I had a query.

I needed to ship a heavy parcel to the Netherlands and I found Parcel Monkey the cheapest. Cheaper than going direct to the individual companies.
Easy to fill in the paperwork and the label and customs documents were produced automatically.
I wanted to wait til my parcel had been delivered before giving a review

Ordered a no-label collection 6th January 2026. Paid money. The courier was DX. Collect in Cheshire, Deliver a day after in Cornwall. Collection due next day didnt happen. There were no automatic or human checks that picked up the issue. I chased on 10th Jan 2026, it was responded to 13th January. Im chasing again today 15th January 2026 and nothing has happened. When I paid for the service, I thought there might be a day or two delays for bad weather. But to be cancelling 9 days later as nothing has happened is nuts. I would pay more for a service that actually works. Have a plan B.

Paid for 24 hour express delivery, the parcel was still in the initial location over 24 hours after it was dropped off. I then updated my delivery instructions to say leave it at the post office for me to collect, but parcelmonkey attempted to deliver my parcel everyday for 5 days despite being told not to. They then eventually left it at my front door, when I was away on holiday.

I now have an update on my earlier review. My parcel sent through DX Express still has not been delivered!! Promised and paid for next day delivery over a week ago! Now Parcel Monkey and DX Express are trying to find my parcel, I suspect it is lost since they wish to know what I sent and what the carton looks like! Having used the label provided by Parcel Monkey I am lost for words. What I would suggest is please dont use either of these delivery agents.

Prices are creeping up. I started using parcel monkey as they had the best prices. Unfortunately the prices are creeping up and they are no longer the cheapest option. Time to go back to another courier.

Did not receive my item, parcelforce said it was delivered & showed a photo of someone else’s door with a package in it, now the supplier Panasonic are trying to locate my item, so hopefully they do locate it soon & I get it, so not impressed.

Booked DPD via parcelmonkey - failed to collect, several questions all day got no response from parcelmonkey live chat.

Courier failed to collect, didn’t contact collection end despite insisting on having a contact number. Tried to rebook for following day, automated phone service required tracking number that wasn’t recognised, chat bot was useless dead end also. Gave up, thankfully seller agreed to despatch via post office. In the end this was just extra inconvenience for both parties and I’ve ended up paying twice. Thumbs down.

My parcels were collected lunchtime and delivered the next day to the other end of the country. No hassle at all, turned up when they said and delivered within the timescale given, all at a very reasonable cost.

I shopped around before choosing Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to Austria, and their price was very competitive. The service was excellent, with easy tracking that allowed me to keep the recipient informed when the parcel arrived. Unfortunately, the company I returned the goods to has not refunded me, which only highlights how well Parcel Monkey did their job. I really appreciated their reliable service.

Still havent received my Express delivery parcel, now day 5!! DX Delivery is a joke, you cant speak to anyone, kept on hold for 2 hours and then cut off. Avoid these fools!!!

Easy to enter size & weight of your parcel and address of where its going .Then it gives you a list of couriers you can use .I found the customs form easy to complete .My parcel reached its destination and was collected by a family member in Spain. All good thank you
