Swift delivery and great service

This company is an unmitigated disaster. I wouldnt trust them to send anything, anywhere. So far they have lost my parcel and are now requiring huge amounts of evidence to prove my loss of a nominal 25 pounds (the limit of their basic insurance). They market themselves as a delivery intermediary. What they dont tell you is that they underprice the trusted providers until you try to book. At this point they hike up the proper providers price while suggesting you use a cheaper alternative. The cheaper alternative then lose your parcel. I would recommend going directly to a respected delivery company and cutting out this shady middle man.

Awful. Booked a pick up and delivery through the platform on 12th Feb. Almost 2 weeks on Ive had 2 no shows and 2 postponements. Money taken and nothing to show for it. Customer service was basically a case of sorry, not our fault or problem. Why bother listing Evri as a trusted delivery company when they clearly arent. Flop.

Never used Parcel Monkey before but when looking for a quote to send a very large parcel this one came up on screen with several options. I chose a courier from the list with a reasonable charge. No problems experienced would use again.

The insured parcel was delivered on the wrong day to the wrong address (payed for next BUSINESS day delivery - paper even says Monday delivery). Not satisfied when money is at stake! No way to contact DPD on line, and phone is a garbled prerecorded message that is unlistenable. I want my money back and compensating for the parcel!

Annoying Logistics is problematic so I wont complain about lost parcels or parcels which havent been collected. When a parcel hasnt been collected and I wish to cancel the order. I have to send a message requesting a cancelation. Then in a few days they sent another asking why Then they offer a refund amount. With other services this should be a simple click of a button but with parcel monkey it takes over a week. Maliciously designed in the hopes that you forget to respond to an email in 14 days so that they can keep the money.

Terrible service lied around what was covered when it came to asking for a refund were not interested in helping would not recommend or use ever again thank you for taking my money would have been more enjoyable throwing my money down the drain alot less stressful as well

Terrible service, it is ok when everything goes ok, but when you have problems, they fall down i sent a mobile phone, unknown to me, courier i picked doesnt send mobiles if I went direct to the courier they would of picked this up when I filled in the form Parcel monkey did not pick this up also did not inform me it was rejected so when the courier brought it back i didnt know why i thought it was a mistake and the courier took it back to investigate went back to parcel monkey they would not exept any responsibility infact they passed me around for over a week in the end i ha to pay an inflated price to get it back i regret using them and its cost me a lot of money it all could have avoided with a bit of information oh and the courier will not deal with you as Parcel monkey made the order so they have you by the know whats please go direct do not use these.
