I was not able to send my parcel that day, (i needed to go somewhere to print off customs forms), so the courier arranged to come back the day after, no problems, no quibbling, no blaming, no trouble for them. Amazing service, very fast, always will use parcel monkey, cheap and very reliable

Im not going to waste too much more of my time than Parcel Monkey already has but heres the short of it: Parcel was collected and delivered without issue. A few days later, without warning I seen an additional charge of £52 from Parcel Monkey applied to my credit card (in addition to the £23 for initial service). Soon after I received an email from them saying my parcel was overweight. The invoice for the charge stated that the advised weight was 24kg and the actual weight was 10kg. My actual parcel was 16kg and I declared as 18kg so there was a buffer. I have no idea how they make up these numbers but they did. As they were saying the parcel was lighter than the declared weight I requested a refund as they had made a mistake. But no..Parcel Monkey then came back to say that in actual fact it wasnt the actual weight but the dimensions that were over what I declared. They werent. Parcel Monkey declared the package sizes to be wildly over the size of my parcel. More than double one actual dimension. What is even more laughable is that the parcel dimensions they suggest are way over the maximum sizes even accepted by Parcelforce. Anyway, I am having to fight to get my money back and so far not going well. I have given them evidence but no acknowledgement yet. Be aware that if you let these scammers have your credit card number then they will happily bill it away with huge additional charges and waste your time and put obstacles in your way to getting it back. I will never use this SCAM company again I highly recommend that you dont either unless you want a free for all on your credit or bank card. You have been warned!!

The website mis-sells Parcel Monkeys services. They offer customers copious details about how to fill in customs paperwork, but totally obscure any mention of potential customs fees. If a customer is asked to fill in customs documentation and codes, there is an expectation that the cost of getting the parcel through customs is included in the price quoted. There was no obvious mention throughout the sales journey on the website, nor in the subsequent confirmation, about potential customs charges being levied on top of the fee I had already paid. It is no longer acceptable in this country to add hidden charges. This parcel was a gift and its extremely embarrassing that the recipient was sent a bill for it. Had I known that the total cost of sending this parcel would have been so high, I would not have sent it at all, but would have hand delivered it next time I visited the recipient. But I can only assume that the practice of obscuring the true cost to customers is deliberate, in order to avoid this happening.

Never heard of this organisation before and it was a happy accident that I used them!
When getting quotes to send 4 large parcels I was quoted 3 times more than parcel monkey, I thought it was too good to be true and that I may have been scammed but it worked a dream and was so much cheaper!
Will definitely recommend and will be using them in the future

Booked a ParcelForce 48 Express service to collect an item from eBay. As far as I can tell from tracking this was collected on the expected day (Thursday) - but more than 48 hours later (late Saturday) its still sitting at the delivery depot. Parcel Monkey advise to get in contact with themselves rather than the courier if there is an issue, but their working days are Monday - Friday so this isnt helpful at all. Im now going to have to wait until after the weekend (which will be 4 days rather than the expected 48 hours) to get a response, not even essentially a delivery. Im supposed to be moving on Monday - Im now going to have to push this back to wait in for a delivery that may or may not come. The real kick in the teeth was that after staying in all day in the hope it might arrive, I left the house to see a ParcelForce van in the next road!

Purchased there service two months ago bought it with parcel insurance. Parcel was lost was sent countless emails back and forth it was finally confirmed that parcel is missing. Now waiting two weeks for someone to contact me regarding compensation, no phone to ring, and they stopped responding to email. Terrible service will never use them again. Will never use them again.

Needed a consignment to get from Slough at Noon to North London by 17.00. Arrange earliest collection at 14.00, arrived on time, delivered 15.15. on-time, in-full no damage, no dramas. truly excellent for £40.00 plus VAT, Very happy.

We needed some plastic cups to get from our location in Colnbrook to a venue near London Zoo for an event that evening. We arranged through Parcel Monkey to collect at 14.00 for delivery no later than 16.00 (on a Friday, no certainty for sure). Consignment delivered just after 15.15 for just over £40.00. The price was great, the service fantastic, this got us brownie points with our client

I took my parcel to Bethnall Green post office on the 4th of June, 22 days ago, and according to the tracking advice, it hasnt even made it to the second step of its journey, the collection depot. I had booked my parcel for a collection for the 16/06/2025, which the driver didnt collect and i was not informed about it, my client called me on the 19/06/2025 to ask if the collection was booked as it was not collected, after a chat with yuor team memeber, i was told that the driver did not collect the parcel but yet i was not given the reason why it was not collected, I reschuduled it for a collection for the 20/06/2025 for a delivery on 23/06/2025, this was not delivered on time. On 24/06/2025, I had a chat with the same member of your staff and every question I asked her regarding my parcel, she did not have any answers to it. I was promised to be updated on problems, and yet this did not happen. Whilst chatting to her, she told me that there was an issue with the parcel and its still at the sorting depot and yet again no knowing what the issue is. Your service was brilliant five years ago but instead of improving day by day, your service is deteriorating day by day.

I so wanted this to work as I had a suitcase I needed to return and it was too large to take to the Post Office. Put in the details, chose the courier, paid my money and printed out the label. The easy part. Spent the whole of today from 8am - 6pm at home waiting for someone to collect the parcel. Nothing and no opportunity to directly contact any one for an update or information. Probably great if it works, rubbish if it doesn’t.

Our order was not picked up yesterday. The company could pick up until 7pm too late for Parcel Monkey to do anything between 6-7 because Parcel Monkey are already closed.Not that Parcel Monkey would do anything anyway. We messaged Parcel Monkey this morning at 8.30, it is now 1530 and still NOTHING from parcel monkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Parcel Monkey to return three large packages using the dimensions provided to me by the supplier. The cost was £93 for all three packages. The packages were picked up as scheduled and returned to the supplier without incident. A week later my card gets charged an additional £50 per package (so a surcharge of an additional 160% over and above the original charge) because the courier said the packages were not as described. Initially they said each weighed 50kg when I had said they weighed 5kg each. When I protested and provided evidence of the weight from the supplier, they amended the cause of the surcharge to being that each package was a couple of centimetres larger than I had stated and then demanded that I provide photographs of the dimensions and weight to prove my case, which of course I cannot now do. I’ve learnt from this that you should always collect evidence of every transaction you undertake with courier companies, but more than that DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!
