Lost an expensive parcel and the contact/customer service process is pretty much non-existent. Neither Parcel Monkey nor DPD will take any responsibility. I would absolutely avoid unless you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your parcels.

I sent two parcels one day after another, The first one was lost from the start the second disappeared before it went to export. The customer service was very pleasant about telling me I couldnt claim as I hadnt taken the insurance. Why should I be expected to pay for insurance in case they dont do their job properly? It makes no sense, I couldnt take a direct conversation with the couriers as I had "saved money" with Parcel Monkey and had to try and get some action from customer service. The service may work when everything goes well but forget this company if things dont go to plan. I now have fork out £1500 to replace the second-hand equipment I had sent

Fantastic. Our Daughter in Laws birthday in Cambodia was yesterday 5th June. I forgot it was a Bank Holiday last weekend but we went online arranged a collection from Parcel Monkey and her parcel arrived in Kampot Town on the morning of her birthday. Incredible. Very Happy Birthday.

A bit hard to get strange sized items sent and I wanted to send sports equipment. But once we done it. It was sent and delivered in the time frame it stated.

Its the second time that Ive used them to organise delivery of important docs to South Africa and their service has been ???? % outstanding on both occasions. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
