I sent a package to NYC a month ago, since than it has been lost, they say that re-delivery has been re-arranged but no message, no card has been left for the recipient. I emailed them about 20 times, they say exactly the same every time that they they deliver the courier company, bla-bla-bla... they dont want to send me back the package, they dont want to refund me, the company is A JOKE!!!! and my previous review here has already mysteriously disappeared as my package

Constantly having to chase the company for updates, no transparency, not passing messages on from the courier or detailing what is happening at all. I recommend cutting out the middle man with parcel monkey and using the courier directly. Horrendous communication. 5 weeks since I dropped the parcel off and find out today it is being returned and despite repeated requests for a manager to call, no one has rung, and they insist complaints are via post only to slow down the process even further. Thankfully I found out sooner than later and have been able to spread the word.

The driver stated he could not make the delivery on thursday 24th June (allocated delivery date) but did deliver them the next day. I checked with the delivery address and there is no reason whatsoever why the delivery could not be made on the original date as the building is manned at all times.

I am very sorry to have to write this review but... I send a parcel of goods to myself from the UK to Saudi Arabia which was weighed, measured and described 100% accurately. A week after receiving the package, I ahve been charged over £10 more as the parcel, that weighed under 9kg, has been checked by the courier and found to be 18kg+. This is just a lie and I have been cheated out of money. It is the second time that I have been wrongly charged for overweight items that simply were not overweight. This is fraud, in strictly legal terms and it is very wrong and unfair.

Parcel monkey provides a dependable service with a range of prices and options. Ive used PM for about three years now with no problems at all. Cheaper too.

All of the parcel monkey side of things were fantastic as usual. The process for sending a parcel to Europe even just to send gifts to family is more complex now with customs regulations etc. And we still dont really know where the package is since Parcel force havent updated the tracking for a week. Maybe the parcel will arrive, who knows.

Do not use them. 2 packages, both valuable did not get to their destination and no level of responsibility from Parcel Monkey. Ive literally lost 400 pounds in goods and delivery cost, with nothing but blaggy customer services from parcel monkey.

First time customer... straight forward process, collection arranged within a few minutes at a very competitive price... clear instructions on how to prepare my parcel and appreciated the advice to consider increasing insurance to cover the value of the contents... also clear advice on certain items which cannot be shipped... prompt collection, great communication throughout, parcel delivered safely quicker than projected - overall, a first class service - no hesitation in recommending.

I’ve rated Parcel Monkey before and my opinion hasn’t changed.
It’s really easy to book online and get a range of options for sending parcels. I’ve used their services several times and have always been impressed with the low cost, excellent service.

Parcel was damaged in transit and then delivery driver claims he had made 3 attempts to deliver despite nothing showing on the camera doorbell and no cards left. I eventually had to track down the parcel for the recipient and send them to a local Post Office to pick it up, costing me taxi fare as goodwill gesture and defeating the object of having a door to door delivery.

I wouldnt even give one star! We selected one of their drop off points. Rushed urgent parcels down there (all correctly labelled and paid premium for a 24 hour service). 5 days later, no parcels delivered and were still sat at drop off shop (no one told us). We complained - they said they would be collected. Two days later, they were still there!!! We had to rush and get them and send Royal Mail who did deliver within 24 hours. What is more appalling is their customer service - we asked for a refund to keep getting the same message "your parcels have been collected and no refund is due". They were collected back by us. No apology, no attempt to repair a poor customer service experience. It cost us their delivery, further delivery costs to Royal Mail and 5 refunds on orders for unhappy customers to try and repair our company reputation. Avoid if you want a reliable tracking and delivery company and dont want damage to your business brand.

Had to return items to supplier (4 large boxes). Parcel Monkey were fine, esp the customer service girls. Problem was with the prohibited items list. Took a while to find an acceptable description for self assembly (unassembled) garden furniture to beat the list!

Unfortunately this was a terrible choice and my parcel didn’t reach where it was suppose to even after 2 weeks! Worse, have not even received a status on the parcel. I have used other courier services before which were very prompt and wish I had used them again. Never make the mistake again of using this ever again. No assistance or support at all.

Great value with Parcel force! Was meant to take 6-8 days but arrived 14 days later which wasnt a problem as we werent in a rush but would highly recommend!
