I needed to return a base unit and hadnt used a courier in a while so did a quick comparison online and Parcel Monkey were the cheapest out of the few I checked. No issues with placing the order and collection. Thank you.

I would give fewer stars if I could. I started using parcel monkey a lot recently for my work. Ive had 2 (one very expensive) parcels lost in the past 3 weeks. 1 has been lost for nearly a month and the other lost for almost 2 weeks. I made Parcel Monkey aware of this, and they insisted they could not call the courier and was waiting for a response to their email. Parcel monkey is supposed to be the liaison between you and the parcel company but seeing as they refuse to speak on the phone to the couriers or me, I proactively made calls to both couriers to get a search for the parcels moving. It took a further 2 weeks of me consistently calling the couriers to get the issue resolved, and all the while, Parcel Monkey did nothing. Once I had confirmation the expensive parcel was lost from the courier, I had to go back to Parcel Monkey, who wanted proof of purchase of the item inside and a note from an already annoyed customer confirming that he had not received the parcel. Since this, I have been told it will take an additional 7 days to be reviewed. Regarding the other lost parcel? Nothing, and now my emails are being ignored. Use Parcel Force or royal mail directly - a bit more expensive but worth it to avoid this.

Collected on the 7th delivered on the 10th. 2.2 metre parcel. Arrived intact and efficiently. Will use again.

easy to schedule at a very reasonable cost. Parcel Monkey is a more than excellent company. The Website works well including the bit where you have to create a proforma invoice. The whole customs declaration is a very easy process which is important since the UK decided that alone you stand strong.
For the rest you are dependent on the selected transporter.

Very bad service without any responsibility. I have send an international parcel worth 700 pounds on 16th of May.Till now that hasnt been delivered. They dont have any idea where is it and where has it gone.No updates at all.Eventhough its not a commercial parcel asking for bank statement.They said its been handed over to Courier and gave me a contact number which is not answering at all.When i contacted them from the number which is in Google, they are telling the from adress is not mine for the waybill number they have provided. Very disgusting and i am totally disappointed.

Dont use them. I went on their wecbsite to book a collection and the item weight is 11kg but I couldnt shrink wrap it back into the box. The supplier agreed that I can tape the bag and return it to them. K then contacted Parcel monkey to say that the weight of my parcel is the same but the dimension is different - should I cancel my collection and rebooking? They said the courier will tell me the price different when collecting the item. The courier arrived and just picked it up. I showed him the box that it couldnt fit in with weight and dimension and he just said its fine! A week later, Parcel Monkey wrote to tell me they charged me extra £53 because the new dimension means that the weight is 25kg. I forwarded them the email from the supplier confir ing the weight of 11kg and they still insisted nothing can be done!

Provided a number of options for parcel delivery which met our needs. Drop off on a Sunday and delivery by Tuesday. Great service thank you.

Really impressed with the efficiency of the service. Had to send equestrian products to a friend in SA and it got there relatively quickly despite custom issues. We were kept in the loop and highly recommend this company.

I can live with a "next day" parcel taking 15 days to be delivered. I can live with a fake POD being posted. I can live with incorrect excuses being posted by the driver. I can live with the fact that the parcel was delivered cut open, I can even live with the fact that some items were stolen from inside, because most of that is down to the delivery company. What I cant live with is the attitude and poor customer service from the, aptly named parcel "monkeys". They will tell you youre not insured too so if you do lose a parcel or something gets stolen from inside they will refuse to help you. They have ignored numerous requests from me to speak to a human being and have, to date, not replied to my request for their address so I can write a formal complaint. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Use them at your own risk.

I’m very disappointed. I have very important legal documents I sent withParcel Monkey which should have reached their destination within 3-5 days. It’s now day 4 and they have still not left the UK. Will definitely not use them again.

Terrible - DO NOT USE Terrible! Booked a parcel for collection on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday before 10:30am. On Wednesday we got an automated email stating "WE STOPPED BY Unfortunately, nobody was home to collect your parcel. Our Courier Parcel driver attempted to collect your parcel at 12:58 today, but unfortunately you were away." This is rubbish, we are a business and our reception is manned 8am - 8pm, nobody came to collect. I raised this with parcel Monkey and they rescheduled a new collection for the next day, however again we got an automated message saying nobody was home - NOBODY CAME TO COLLECT! We complained again stating that this was for an important client and for the 3rd time today on Friday we got a message saying we were out?! Impossible, NOBODY CAME TO COLLECT? We contacted parcel monkey again, and they simply said they would reschedule our collection for Monday. The item was due to be delivered on Thursday before 10:30am? We will not be using them again.

please dont send parcel with there monkeys. they robbed people bank accounts. they robbed my £46 from my account. today they robbed me and tomorrow you. please avoid these monkeys. customer service are useless. no help provided no phone number nothing. i send parcel weight 7KG AND THEY CHARGE ME AFTER ONE WEEK FOR 72KG. THEY DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 7KG AND 72KG THATS WHY THEY ARE MONKEYS.I HAVE ALL PROFF FOR 7KG BUT THESE MONKEYS DONT BOTHER. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROBBING MONKEYS. dont send parcel with these monkeys they robbed people bank accounts. they charge me £46 from my account and told me i send 72KG weight where i just send 7KG. I HAVE ALL PROFF. PLEASE STAY AWAY TOMORROW THEY GONA ROBBED YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. PM9529891 THIS IS MY PARCEL NUMBER WHICH I SEND.

Sent 2 parcels to Switzerland, 1 using Royal Mail and the other using Parcel Monkey via Parcelforce. Both parcels collected within 30 minutes of each other. Royal Mail parcel arrived 5 days later as expected. ParcelForce parcel was still in Coventry 8-9 days later and was eventually delivered 16 days later. Parcel Monkey customer support tells me there is nothing they can do - not even any attempt to find out what happened for the 8-9 days delay in Coventry. I wont be using them again because a good company is one that helps when things go wrong, they dont just leave the customer hanging with no explanation or compensation
