Never collected parcel. Was a urgent collection that was cheap. Do not recommend. Refund takes 3-5 days????????

Booked, collected, delivered. Labels available to print if you want to, provided if if you dont. Tracking accurate. Not much else to say really.

Courier didn’t turn up on first collection and you get minimal tracking info. Cheaper than booking direct although it does have it downfalls.

Tried Parcel monkey for the first time having done the usual Google searches for a parcel company to return an item to a retailer. The quote i was given worked out far cheaper with Parcel Monkey than going direct to the company that actually delivered my parcel. Easy booking service with simple step by step booking instructions. Kept informed every step of the way by the simple tracking service. My parcel arrived on time and in perfect condition. I couldnt fault the service i was given and i highly recommend using Parcel Monkey. First class service. Thank you. A very happy customer.
