Easy to use on line and a lot cheaper to send my package to Japan. Prompt collection and delivered in 10 days. Was able to track from my door to my sons, quite exciting watching the parcels journey. Two happy grandchildren.

I was in the time limit for the parcel to be collected by DHL the next day , Monday, but on completing the order it was altered for collection on Tuesday, which it was. The service was 24 hours, but the parcel was not delivered until 48 hours later , on Thursday.

The first and last time I will use your rip off service. I honestly weighed my parcel accurately on my kitchen scales but was charged an extra £4.79 which was taken out of my account without my permission. I felt like a criminal. Not impressed at all. Will not recommend.

After five months of waiting for a parcel from Parcel force to be delivered it was then
Returned to the uk. It was then sent by DPD and arrived in Severn days including a weekend.
The system that DPD use to pay import taxes and duties is far superior to the Italian postal system so I would always use DPD and their partners in Italy.

Dreadful! The advertised 3 day delivery to France via Royal Mail Parcel Force took 1 week and an additional 34 euros was demanded on delivery for added tax!! (despite items described and costed on booking).

Parcel Monkey makes the task of sending a parcel so easy and provides a selection of different couriers and other options to select from. It is my preferred supplier and never lets me down.

My second use of this site so had account which made payment very straightforward. Price for multi parcel Parcel Force 24hour service was approx half the cost on the couriers website. Not sure what to make of that other than perhaps another example of a failing British Institution.!
Parcels were collected on the day promised and tracking showed they were delivered the next day.

My parcel was due to leave UK on 12 May and as far as I can tell it has still not left the UK and it is 22nd May now. It should have been delivered in Australia by now. I cannot even find out where my parcel is after numerous emails and phone calls.

99% Of households do not have laser scales which can weigh a parcel to 0.3kg I am disappointed you dont leave your customers a leeway of +/- 0.5kg. I doubt very much if the 0.3kg had have been in my favour you wouldnt have credited me £6.69p (All future customers beware). This isnt a fair way to treat a new customer. Dear Sir/Madam, Following information provided by our courier partner Parcelforce we have made an additional charge of £6.69. to the credit/debit card you most recently used for purchasing shipping from Parcel Monkey. The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 3.00kg made up of 1 box: 50x30x10cm @ 3kg When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 3.30kg. As we are charged for each kg handled by our courier partners, we have no alternative but to take this additional payment, as was specified and agreed to at the time of booking. Unbelievable but true, my 27 kilogramme package couriered by Parcel Force, but booked through Parcel Monkey, cost UNDER A QUARTER of what I would have paid had I gone directly to Parce Force - just under £12 as opposed to just over £48. This was exceptional, as usually the cost is roughly a third.

I always use parcel monkey when sending parcels to friends and family, its so easy to use the website, great range of choice and competitive prices. Easy printable labels if needed and all the information you need about collection or where to drop off, delivery, and tracking etc. The parcels have always arrived safely. I definitely recommend Parcel Monkey .

The only issue I had was the allocation of items specified in the packing list/customs declaration between multiple boxes... which was automated and unable to be overided. i.e. I had 14 x item 1, 30 x item 2, and 25 item 3. Since they were the same "item" in terms of customs declaration, they were grouped together in that list. However, when allocated to the 6 different parcels, I was unable to separate them out into the correct number per package, which led to incorrect weight assignments per package and incorrect itemisation per package. (i.e. package 1 listed 11 of item 1, package 2 listed 3 of item 1 and 8 of item 2, etc.) This was very confusing a quite concerning for me considering this was my first international shipping post Brexit.
