Correctly weighed my parcel yet received an email a week later saying it was double the weight that I put in to which they charged me for it! Won’t ever use them again. Fraudsters.

Highly recommended, because it is my go to website to send a parcel, first of all it is easy comparing all carriers in one page, lower prices than the original carriers websites. never had any issues and, delivery on time

Didnt collect on day specified. Tried to blame it on there not being anyone present which wasnt true. Didnt notify us parcel had not been collected. No phone number to call to discuss (as per all parcel companies these days). Had to use online chat and the person answering didnt understand me. Couldnt give me a specific collection and delivery date- he literally said "next week sometime" Arranged second collection which wasnt met. Was told on their website not to get in touch with the delivery co directly (Parcelforce) but this was the only ay we could get a response so thats what we did. We now have a third date which Im hoping will be met, but not sure as communication from Parcel Monkey is very poor. Wont use again.

Everything went really well until my parcel got stuck in the Spanish delivery company. Everything was sorted really quickly by Parcel Monkey, excellent. And Thank you.

Overall very good. Very easy to use webpage/booking page, easy, simple and straightforward. Lots of good flexibility it collection and delivery. A morning or afternoon specification would be good but then you can’t have everything given the price. I was unable to track my package so maybe the time was specified.
My item arrived with slight damage but then it wasn’t particularly well wrapped for transit. I would definitely use them again. Service and price -excellent

I’d not heard of Parcel Monkey before, but so glad I found it! I was returning an order to China.
The cost was going to be more than £70 at the Post Office. Luckily the member of staff recommended Parcel Monkey - so glad she did, as it saved me more than 50% compared to using EXACTLY THE SAME service at the Post Office.
I’ll definitely use the service again - thank you!

Shocking parcelforce have made a complete mess of our delivery and your doing nothing about it and expecting us to pay more money to have our own property returned, to be honest what is the point of a service that does pretty much nothing for you, happy to take your money, but not to sort out issues.

Very easy to use, chose my own day for items to be collected, the items were returned very safely which ment my refund got returned quick aswell. I was very happy to use parcel monkey and without a doubt I would I would them again 100% guaranteed I would.

You responded to my poor review of your service in a typically unprofessional and inaccurate way. My complaint has not been dealt with and you have not furnished me with the telephone number or the call back I requested; not even with the complaints address I asked for. What the contact log does show is the numerous errors and pathetic excuses you came up with. The parcel has been cut open and things have been stolen from it. The driver tried to hide the cuts and explained it as being down to the fact that I packed it badly. You have since told me theres no insurance on it and the loss is all mine. The support tool of parcelmonkey is not helpful either in that you cant upload evidence pictures as the file limit is too small. Lastly, what gives you the right to assume you can call me by my first name and then sign your response "the team"? We will settle this in the small claims court and I promise you, the entire progress will be posted on here (and other social media sites) for all to see. All service companies are defined by the level of service when something goes wrong! You have been defined by your appalling customer service! OH, AND YOU ARE STILL DISPLAYING THE INCORRECT POD DESPITE BEING TOLD BY ME AND Courier.

Sending from UK to NZ 2 parcels and these were the most cost effective company. Quick pick up of parcels, really nice pick up driver. Items made it there in a week, one item delivered first and the second a few days later but all in good condition. Will use again!

Absolutely excellent service from booking, collection to delivery and quick response from customer services. I sent a box over to New Zealand which arrived in 8 days, quicker than the Royal Mail. Would highly recommend as I had such a great experience.
