Item was returned undelivered from Germany. I filled out the customs declaration through the site but the parcel was still returned. I had looked to get in touch with Parcel Monkey before I shipped it to double check some things but there was no way to speak with anyone, only useless “help” articles. Disappointing and I’d like a refund.

Easy service to use guided through the process and completing the customs forms, instructions on where to attach the labels were clear. Courier collected on the day expected and was able to track the parcel on its journey to its final destination. Prices were competitive and wouldnt hesitate to use again

My parcel was collected as expected and I was pleased to be given an hour slot to expect collection. It was delivered the following day, also as expected. The only glitch was that the picture showing that the parcel had been delivered was of the wrong parcel! This was a bit of a worry, so I had to contact the recipient to check that it had arrived. It’s very good to send a picture of the delivered parcel, but does need to be of the correct one.

AVOID THIS COMPANY they are sumbags, if your parcel is a failed deliery. Parcelforce return the item back to sender. Instead of it being returned to your address being the sender Parcel Monkey take it upon themselves to steal your parcel to their unknown address in southampton. Then blackmail you £20 to have it back to your address.. If you refuse to pay they dispose of your parcel. There is absolulately no legitamate reason to do this than to extort money from you. I am reporting this to the police and national newspaper!

Better using Parcel force direct not Parcelmonkey :( Had one parcel with damaged goods inside when it arrived (wouldnt payout because i didnt have original receipt of purchased goods. Latest parcel paid for 48HR 5 days later and still not dropped off. Mr OKane

Highly recommended! Plant trees every time you send!
I discovered Parcel Monkey a few months ago when I was desperately looking for a courier for parcels longer than 1 metre (which I quite often have to send, being a freelance artist who works on large canvases). Since I heard about your pledge to plant trees, I not only keep coming back to send parcels, but I tell all my clients about Parcel Monkey when I send their commissioned artwork.

Shocking service Fail to pick up parcels, numerous issues and they fob you off when raising a complaint. I strongly advise anyone to just deal with couriers directly or other similar sites due to their complete incompetence. Despite being a customer for quite some time and spending a considerable amount of money they fail to want to address any issues that you experience and clearly do not value their customers, AVOID !!!!!!

I posted parcel on the 8th of May the delivery was 4-5 days. We’re now on the 18th of May and it has still not arrived. The Birthday is today so havent even got there cards in time Very disappointed
