Quick and easy service to use

Sent a package to France which was quite heavy, but got a great price and delivered within a week by ParcelForce :)

Website generally easy to use and good number of options for sending the package. Clear instructions re the need to fill in and attach the customs form. Tracking via their site is good.
Only minor comment ;it is frustrating that website will not allow symbols like # in the address. The parcel recipient in Singapore keeps getting admonished by the delivery company there for not including it . As such symbols are common in the far East it would help.

i use parcel monkey all the time generally with no issues ,on the occasions when there is a problem it is falling short on customer support from the point of view there is no telephone support or live chat so the response is not quick enough

I was so disappointed; used recently to send a parcel to Europe. Competitive pricing - until I realised they double billed me. Contacted customer service who have done nothing at all. Do not use as there is no customer care if anything goes wrong.

Really good service, the reason I gave 4 stars was that they advised the courier would cost £9.99 and by the time I had got to the end it actually cost £20, twice the price by that time I couldnt be bothered to start all over again.

Everything went fine posting parcel of books to US. Printed off documentation and tikka along the road to post office.
Delivery time was 3- 4 days but now over a week later they are still in New York
According to tracking info. Not even left the depot for Texas yet.
Last time I sent books to US they arrived in 3 - 4 days.

Pick up didnt happen at the organised time. I had to call the company directly to organise it and they told me Parcel monkey didnt pass on the details. Thankfully resolved quickly and managed to get everything sorted.

This would have been a 5 star rating as the service on this end was perfect. However at the other end at my family home my brother was charged just as much to receive the parcel even though it was a gift I had sent and not a commercial transaction. Very disappointed as it turned out very expensive.

Overall experience was great! Its easy to find out how much the parcel will cost. Its also easy to follow steps in printing out the labels and locating the drop off point. Parcel tracking is clear. But the most important thing its the cheapest you can find.

If only this company lived up to its name. Monkeys would actually make a better job of running it. I have a parcel booked in for collection by DX. They have failed to collect on two consecutive days and now they have rescheduled collection for a third day, without trying to ascertain why DX are not collecting in the first place. I have only given one star as there is no option to leave none. See transcript of chat with agent below: Is anybody actually reading my messages? THIS PARCEL HAS TWICE BEFORE NOT BEEN COLLECTED. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE THAT IT WILL BE COLLECTED TODAY. PLEASE CONTACT DX AND FIND OUT WHY THEY ARE NOT COLLECTING IT!
