My parcels were not collected on the day they were meant to be collected and when they were collected, they could not be tracked or traced. Despite sending a number of emails, I have no idea where my parcels are and if or when they will be delivered. Very poor service. ????

I have used Parcel Monkey a few times and have always been impressed with the service.
When a parcel was lost in transit (not their fault) PM sorted the problem out quickly without any fuss.
I would recommend using them every time you need to send any parcels.

Typical middleman that doesnt care about the complete failure of their subcontractors messing up other businesses deliveries. I wish they would take some responsibility but no... nothings ever their fault. Useless.

Jag the so called claims expert, has ****** us about for months asking for the same pictures again again and again, this firm are nothing but a internet con artist, you pay extra insurance, and get fob off,even with the video of the driver slaming parcel to the floir and hearing it smash..not enough evidence... f u jag
