How did you do, quite honestly dont know at the moment. Order and collection went well but tracking via parcel force stops at exported. Checked with receiver and parcel quoted at three days had not arrived five days later. Still hoping. Also hs codes could be simplified for domestic packages.

Paid for Parcel force 24 as parcel was needed quickly. However as the driver had to many parcels he took it back to the depot. After a few pnonecalls we were told this and the parcel was delivered a day later. This was too late and not the service which I paid for!! Not happy.

The parcel was collected on time and exported from Heathrow on 26 June. Since then there have not been any updates relating to the current status of the item. It has been 22 days and no trace of the parcel even though the advertised delivery time is 3-5 working days. The only support Ive received from Parcelmonkey is a form to be filled, which is a waste of time given that they have already got all the details.

Purchased some chairs on EBay but didn’t realise the terms were changed last minute and they were collection only.Bedford ~ Lancashire…..not exactly nearby !!! Parcel Monkey stepped in and 2 days later chairs were delivered.Great service.Very impressive.Highly recommended.

very good service .Posted suitcase to another city and it was picked on time and arrived on a a Saturday as this was the only time the receiver would be able to receive it as many parcel companies do not provide this service, but Parcel monkey booked me through Parcel force that could, and it did not need to be packed in a cardboard box like some firms .

It was expensive to send a parcel from the UK to Taiwan, but the speed with which it arrived made it so impressive that it was worth the cost! The parcel was collected from my house at noon on Monday and had arrived by noon on Friday! I think that is better that second class post UK to UK!

Disgusting service from Parcelforce. Booked through Parcel Monkey. Driver signed as received from me and left a guitar outside open to the elements for a week when I was away. Parcelforce passing the buck. Ridiculous illegal behaviour.

Totally useless, Tracker states Exported for 3 weeks now and it has never arrived in the destination country. Contacted Customer services after a week in this state and was told it is exported, when challenged passed to another agent who informed me it was in country but was awaiting unpacking and this could take up to 3 months !!! . Call back a week later to be told their agent has no record of the parcel so it is lost and they will be in touch about opening a claim. Guess what no contact from their claims department either guess that is lost also. And just to top it off it takes forever to get through to someone on the phone and they have answered the call and hung up immediately so as not to have to talk to you. Would never use again and grandchildren will miss out on expected gifts this summer that no pitiful claim will compensate for. Use at extreme risk but you have been warned !!!!!

Easy to use with good advice on preparing your package for transport.
It would have been useful to have an estimated time for collection but the driver did come just after 10am didn’t mean I was waiting in all day
Driver was also able to confirm our package was adequately secure and that was a comfort

Did arrived with diffrent company then I booked with,and on top of it,on arrival the person had to pay a fee,for using diffrent delivery company, totally disappointed
