Dopo 2 settimane non si sa dove sia il pacco spedito dal regno unito per lItalia. Non una lettera di vettura fornita, non una spiegazione sui ritardi. Non vi consiglio di fare affari con loro. Il codice tracking dice solo: "Esportato".

I sent a parcel of Christmas presents to my son in New Zealand on 4th November - financial value was only £100 - the parcel left the country on 6th November and despite several chasers seems to have disappeared - they now tell me I can only have compensation with receipts - I have none for several small items (Lego,books,clothes) - compensation is not the point - a complete failure to deliver when I spent almost £70 with them and complete lack of common sense and discretion in dealing with me - VERY DISAPPOINTED and can’t use them again

I sent a parcel to France a week ago but it ended up my family in France received a note that they had to pay Euro23 before receiving the parcel. I contacted Parcel Monkey, they said they wouldnt responsible for the custom charge. A day later, another courier which I tried before though cancelled afterwards reminding customers by email with information how to avoid custom charge. Its informative. That courier did a good job but not Parcel Monkey. I used Parcel Monkey for many times, so far so good and I wrote good comments. This was the first time about the custom charge incurred. I understood the courier do not responsible for custom charge but they should inform the customer more about the custom charge and how to avoid it. I was disappointed that they didnt do the right job to the customers. My loss due to their negligence and without compensation from the courier made me frustrated. I have no confidence on Parcel Monkey, they do not deserved even one star.

I used to like them but now I’m disappointed in them. My parcel was returned to me and refused a refund. They can’t pin point what was in the box that couldn’t be delivered.

I had a parcel sent from the UK to South Africa on 7 September 2021, today 7 December 2021 I still do not have it and no feedback from them. The last entry was 29 September. It’s a fruitless excercise to ask for feedback. You just get told that there is nothing they can do because it’s at the local postal warehouse. I’ve basically wasted my money and they don’t make any attempt to find parcel and it’s 3 months to date.

Absolutely shocking service. We have been treated badly by this company several times in last couple of weeks. Courier claimed parcel was "oversized" - it wasnt, it was well within the courier size guidelines and accurately entered into parcel monkey system - and then they took a £52 fee from our bank to cover this oversize cost. A week later they did the same thing again. Our parcels measured 44cm x 44cm x 44cm which was accurately entered in PM system. Just be aware that, for example, courier scanners will pick up a strand of torn cardboard etc (damaged by couriers rough treatment themselves) and this will scan as oversized and then they will hit your bank account for a £52 fee. In our case we sent evidence of parcel sizes to appeal but 6 weeks later we havent heard a thing back from parcel monkey. Then of course we shipped 2 parcels to Wrexham, the courier delivered them to someone in Birmingham. When our customer contacted us we contacted PM. PM gave us this explanation: "I hope all is well. Just a quick update. The GPS is incorrect for this delivery. The courier has checked through the driver’s timeline of the deliveries made on this day and can see that this parcel was misdelivered. I have requested the depot to uplift this and deliver to your customers address. Apologies for any inconvenience caused." A week later they told us this: "We are sorry that your parcel was not delivered as arranged. The next course of action would be to raise a claim however, after further assessment of the above reference, we regret to state that you are not eligible to claim against your parcel. As you did not take any protection cover against the parcel unfortunately we cannot raise a claim on your behalf. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused." So there you go. If you use this service they can literally claim your parcel is not the correct size entered and take money from your bank account whenever they want. They can also deliver parcels to the wrong address, the wrong town, even the wrong country, and then tell you too bad, its your own fault for not paying extra for insurance. Our last two monthly invoices with PM were for approx £800. We used them quite often, they didnt care. They really failed to deliver the service we required. If I was asked for an honest opinion on this company I would strongly recommend you find someone else.

Two times I have sent a package to Amsterdam and had them returned. They did not contact the recipient, nor notify me that they were having deliver problems. The address I sent it to has a receptionist. So basically they failed to deliver and charged me for their incompetence.

I booked, well in advance for a collection by Parcel Force. It was not collected today. contacted Parcel Monkey through chat and the lady accepted that it was not collected and asked me to wait until 6 pm. From our experience, we know that the Parcel Force never comes after 5 pm to collect the parcel. She was lying to me to make me stay until 6pm with no guarantee that it will be collected. Very poor customer service.

DO NOT USE!! Absolutely shocking. Very intelligent robbery. I initially paid £20 for a courier service. Two weeks later parcel monkey inform me that they are taking an additional £50 from my credit card, I had no say in this! The only way to dispute this charge is to travel back in time and take photos of me measuring my parcel.

Parcel stuck in Madrid at customs for 9 days. May be something parcel-monkey cannot control but when I queried the delay the response was to give me a Spanish courier website link. Unhelpful! Parcel remains in Madrid - no idea whether it will ever be delivered. I’m surprised parcel-monkey is requesting a review for an incomplete transaction.

This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I must say I am very impressed with the service and will certainly use again. The postal price was also very reasonable.
I had arranged a next day pick up and the Courier didnt disappoint. All in all, a very good experience.

Parcel was late. Not parcel monkeys fault but zero communication from them. Had to call Courier directly and took an extra day to collect it from a local post office. Would have been cheaper going with Royal Mail

Great service easy to purchase but the handling by the company ( parcelforce ) that was used for my delivery was very heavy handed, also damaged the packaging that has slightly effected the item inside, after having multiple fragile stickers and big bold lettering on packaging stating this
Was still not handled with care even with the postage notes added with instructions
Will carry on using this service but very unsure with the prices & seevice provided with a 3rd prtt
