Awful, absolutely shocking ; will never use this "monkey outfit again ! They are living up to their silly name ! JOKERS. I sent a parcel to USA. Provided the 3 invoices as requested and the driver picking up the parcel Oked the paper work but didnt give me a receipt. ! Unfortunately I had made a one digit mistake on the post code but I rectified it fairly quickly ( via the companies email /communication system.) My son, who was receiving the parcel, had an email to say it was on the way ..... the next thing I get a message saying I hadnt supplied the 3 invoices to show what was in the box: ( I had of course ) I quickly supplied another three .BUT then I was told it was too late and I had to either pay £12 to get my parcel back or they would dispose of it ! ONE INVOICE I HAD PUT IN A PLASTIC bag and stuck it to the box had been ripped out of the bag and obviously lost.(I noticed this when the parcel was returned.) Anyway ,I paid the £12 then asked the company if they would resend the parcel free of charge no they wouldnt !!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! I do think drivers should not be allowed to pick boxes up unless they are assured the paper work in in order and they should sign as proof that that is the case. The MONKEY company subsequently said I should have taken photos of my parcel with the relevant paper work showing on the box !!!!

Getting the parcels collected from home was very helpful. The service was quick and smooth and very reasonably priced. My only other comment concerns insurance costs. The cost of extra insurance seemed prohibitively high, but Im not sure that has anything to do with Parcel Monkey.

Booked delivery Sunday evening, parcel collected Monday morning and delivered to the recipient Tuesday evening. Excellent service.
And the fragile TV arrived in perfect condition.

I have been using Parcel Monkey for at least 4 months now and they have never let me down. Their website is easy to use and all the relevant prices shown after you input info of your parcel. This is my go to site now. Thank you

I sent a parcel through the Parcel Monkey from the UK to Croatia on the 6th of August and today is the 23rd and still waiting for the parcel to be delivered!

Awful company to deal with. They have no knowledge of your parcel or interest once they have received your money. My package failed to arrive and they are now trying to scam me out of my insurance. They sent me a claims form with no details as to why, this is valid for 7 days. Then after day 8 they email to say that the package is lost but you now cannot claim. Shameful company who deserve to go bust ! Spending your money with these morons is the same as setting fire to it !

Booked through parcel monkey to send a parcel to USA. Was promised 3-4 working days delivery by using Global Priority, I think thats Parcelforces international delivery courier. Sent the parcel on 12th August with all customs forms filled in and attached in accessible see-through envelope as advised. Its now 21st August and the parcel is sat in New York, not moving, when it should have arrived in Minnesota by 18th August at the latest. Its the weekend now so Im guessing it wont resume its journey until Monday, so probably wont arrive until 24th August at the earliest. My recipient isnt happy and Im not either, as it was a birthday present for him and was sent in good time, his birthday being this weekend. Parcel Monkey is at fault here as much as the courier company. They claim to use "trusted couriers" but obviously these couriers are as unreliable as any other. The money I paid went to Parcel Monkey so the buck stops with them, despite whatever they may claim to the contrary. I wont use them for international delivery again.

Very easy to organise an international parcel,
Prints off all you need from your phone, very straightforward. Easy tracking,updated through the journey. Just hope the Indonesian part of the delivery works!!

Do not recommend it is very nerve racking sending anything via Parcel Monkey as their online account wasnt working and delivery arrived 5 days late. Story in full below. After ordering Parcelforce Express 48 Large through Parcel Monkey I was asked to set up an account online. I did this straight away then the following day to see what updates I would get from Parcel Monkey I tried to log in to my account. The details I had used to set this up didnt work so I went through the standard steps of saying I had forgot my password expecting to get a link or information sent via email but it never came (it has been nearly 2 weeks since then). This didnt seem like a huge problem as I had the tracking link for Parcelforce. My parcel was collected on 10th August and as you would expect given the name, it should have been delivered by 12th August. It didnt arrive on 12th and was still at the depot according to the tracking link. I checked again on 13th August with the tracking link and it had moved back a stage where it was now apparently on route to the depot. I tried to access my Parcel Monkey account again to find out what was happening but couldnt as my details wouldnt work. I then set up a new account using my other email address and used their live chat functionality to talk to someone as they dont have an email address or phone number. Someone did get back to me but said they were waiting for Parcelforce to update them. I then called Parcelforce and they were more helpful than Parcel Monkey. My parcel did arrive on 16th August, 5 days late.
