These guys are thieves and crooks. They have taken my money, broken an item and refusing to cover the damage although I have provided photo evidence. I now have to go to court to get my money back.

Worst firm to ask them to do anything. Parcel was sent to a client who changed address. The parcel was the redelivered to parcel monkey, I ask if they could post it to the correct address and pay for it. No they cant They want you to pay an extortionate price to return the parcel back to you. Then you have to resend it to the original customer. I asked it they could just redirect the parcel to the person it was supposed to receive the parcel, Oh no cant do that. What a firm of monkeys alright. No one in the firm has any common sense. AWFUL do not use them. Unfortunately i had to given them one star to write this report.

I arranged for collection and drop off of 2 parcels from Bath to London. Everything went seamlessly and very fast. I will use them again.

Not Happy at all Easy to use but as soon as you have a problem they dont want to know. I see a lot of reviews on here are from people who have had minimal experience of them. Sent a parcel which arrived smashed to pieces. I sent them the pictures which showed the solid cardboard box I had sent it in with big holes in it due to being mishandled and it clearly showed the item inside the box wrapped in bubble wrap. The parcel was insured but the reply I got from them was I should have wrapped the item in bubble wrap and used a stronger cardboard box. This despite my pictures showing it wrapped in bubble wrap and in a strong cardboard box. They have said they cannot process my claim and are now ignoring my messages! Reading other reviews this seems to be a common theme so dont waste your money on insurance for your parcel as they wont pay you out! Also despite you supplying a return address they do not return the parcel to.you! They instead get it retuned to themselves and then try to charge you inflated postage to get it back! Pay the extra and book direct through the Courier company.

I was very impressed. I dropped my parcel off at 4.40pm thinking it was going to be picked up the next day and delivered the following day. But it was picked up on the day I dropped it off and delivered the next morning before 10am. From Norfolk to Lancashire ????

in October I sent two boxes of personal items from the UK to my current home in Denmark via Parcel Monkey using DPD. en route the shipment passed through the Netherlands and I was charged import duty - which was almost as much as the value of the objects themselves. this was incorrect because these are my own belongings - not gifts or a commercial shipment. I had clearly marked this and at no time did Parcel Monkey identify a risk of import taxes. Parcel Monkey has done nothing to help resolve the situation or to refund the custom duties. to register a complaint, I had to send a letter to their customer services rather than using the online platform. that feels as if Parcel Monkey are trying to avoid negative feedback. be very careful when sending personal items from UK to EU via this service.

Parcel monkey is great but theyre only the organisation for booking. Its the id!ots who are delivering that cant be bothered ringing doorbells or waiting for someone to answer.
