Our Response: The collection happened the day after booking. If the books arrived wet were they packaged with waterproof protection?

I am absolutely gutted, first delivery failed as driver told collection address he couldn't fit in, however on web states no answer

Our Response: We are very sorry about that. Our website shows the tracking details created by the courier. They should enter out of time and not no one was in. Rest assured we will speak to them about this and once again sorry.
I have previously used the likes of myparcel,p2go etc,I found their service dreadful. As a new customer I'm very impressed! well done:)
