driver didn t turn up to collect parcel. we had to drive to depot at 7.30pm to drop parcel off. also cost me £2.28 for the phone call to PM

For the second time in a row you have 'delivered' a terrible service. Why offer a door to door 24hr service if you cant provide it?

Our Response: We can and do provide it in over 96% of orders. Sometimes things go wrong though that are out of our control and we are very sorry about that.
