You completed the shipment eventually but failed to notify me of a collection that the driver refused causing a 3 day delay!

Our parcel was not collected when stated and we had to wait in for two days and make alot of extra phone calls

Didnt know when booking I would need to print out a label and parcel was at another location - you need to make this clear before booking

Just as soon as our courier partners can offer this we will provide it to our customers.
Parcel was not collected on ther correct day but the day after. Which was not good enough as we promised next day delivery.

I am sure the courier drivers never try to damage your items but breakages are bound to happen in transit to some customers. Glad to see it's not been you lately though.
