Had to ring City-link again as collection was'nt until after 5pm again.......seems to happen every time,, NOT GOOD!!!!!

Our Response: We do state that the courier may arrive past 5pm.

We think so too but we have to offer what the couriers themselves can manage.
Taking away teh ability to pay with Pay Pall - then when I use Visa you force me into a complicated verifictaion that I now have to do with
