when parcels are booked direct with couriers, they will collect same day. This is something I think you should aim for.

i could not fault the service i received! was collected and delivered as stated and without incident excellent service would use again!.

When i have booked interlink in the past and they haven't collected that day it would be helpful to automatically rebook following day

The packet was not picked up on specified day. No call was made to the number supplied and so the items needed for an event was missed!!!!!!

the driver did not turn up on the first attempt, as this was a Thursday I had to wait till Monday for the next collection date

our parcel was delivered to the wrong depot, so it was delayed getting to the customer and not the next day service we paid for

Booked up the morning of the day before collection, our shop closes at 5.00 pm they did not collect untill 5-15 pm 32 + hours later
