so impressed delivery at bril price. however, would have been even better to be able to book an am or pm slot for pick up / delivery.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Still waiting for Courier labels to be generated 3 hours after creating order. What's the problem?

Our Response: City Link had an IT failure last night which has caused a delay in responding to us and therefore the label generation. All is well now though but please accept our apologies for this on behalf of City Link.

The item sent arrived damaged leading to a total loss as your policy does not compensate for PC monitors

Our Response: No we don't and this is made clear at the time of booking. On behalf of the courier concerned please accept our apologies for the damage in transit.
5 days UK to sri lanka and at least 50% cheaper then any other quote - excellent - will certainly use again.
