Wait in all day to not have my parcel collected, to be told the driver was too busy!

Poor contact, rude young lady on phone left me waiting for 15 min.(no one called me back after leaving option "1",had to call several times)

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
1st time i've ever used parcel monkey and must say i can't fault the service. Colleted and delivered on time. Will definately be using again
