Maybe a shorter time slot for collection

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Delivery driver did not knock or leave a delivery slip thru the door at delivery address. Parcel was left round side of house for hours!
