collected and delivered safely within timescale. Could be improved if you could state AM or PM pickup.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Perhaps providing a box or crate for the item, it would be reusable so green and convenient for both parties.
