No pick up made and I had to make numerous calls to resolve it - if Courier had let me know there was a delay I wouldn't have minded!

first time user. waited all day for collection, then status said "missed collection". Courier said i should take it up with parcel monnkey

Our Response: Tracking showed the driver tried to collect at 16:41 but couldn't. He then came back an hour later and the item was delivered the very next morning as scheduled!!

great service very easy and made life more easy but should tell you you need to print labels as our printer was broken and caused an issue

We have printer signs next to the selection of couriers which advise if a printer is needed or not.
All went to plan and collected and delivered as agreed.
