Our Response: We are not the courier company. If they left a parcel at your Mothers house then please contact them directly to arrange a collection.

why cant the person who is having the parcel collected have a delivery label not the recipient. ie I wanted it collected from someone else.

This is because you are our customer so labels are sent to you. They can always open an account and book directly.

Service great. Tried various means of moving a modern kayak south, with difficulty. They are VERY robust, so excessive packaging not needed.
