Paid good money to have my parcel collected on a Friday but it was collected on a Monday. Poor service.

I recently had an item to be picked up, the driver was very rude and drove off without collecting,he was rude to other females too, not good

it didnt get collected as you sent the wrong code to Courier - i had to ring Courier and sort it they said you had done it to loads

Our Response: Hello, I'm sorry about the delay collecting your item. However I'm afraid the information you were provided by the courier is not correct. They provide the codes to us, which unfortunately in some cases earlier this week were incorrect due to a problem with their internal systems, not ours.
