At no time was i told that by booking the parcel on Thursday, it would not be collected till Monday, Very dissapointed with service

Our Response: You placed your order on FRIDAY 11th January at 10:12. Had you booked it on Thursday then it would have been collected on Friday and not the following Monday.
Parcel was not collected on day scheduled. I called in the morning to chase the collection and it was collected the following day. It would
