give drivers our phone numbers they can tell us when they are due. I waited in all day till 5pm. That is bad business.

It would be really useful to provide a timeslot so your customers don't have to wait in ALL day. Other than that it was all good.

It might be wise to check the parcel has been delivered before asking for feed back. It did not reach the customer until 24 hours later
