The only thing I wasn't clear on was if I could book a collection time slot or find an indication in you FAQ's.

Unfortunately at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. For now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Collection was not made on the day requested and had wasted a whole day (8am till 6pm).

your DX 48 hour option is not accessible, even when I click on the link - Still gives me the automatic options (next day - expensive ones)
