It would be handy to get an SMS when the package is picked up. I used this to collect from someone, rather than send.

Easy website, & to use, shame city link won't give a, Am or Pm collection. Have to call & wait in all day!!!!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Only thing missing is ability to change delivery details online. Would be useful for changing name/address of destination before collection.
