Our Response: I am sorry to read that but in the run up to Christmas some orders were not delivered next day by the couriers for which we apologise on their behalf.
i paid for next day delivery and u did not deliver. i had somebody stopping in all day and all i got were we were busy.

I had to eventually take the parcel to Courier, a 60 mile round trip. Even after that the parcel still hasn't arrived over week later.

Next day service collection service ordered on the 21 Dec has still not been collected and it is now the 28th Dec.

Our Response: Tracking shows the item was delivered on Christmas Eve so I think you are mistaken.
The error in the service lies with Courier, the parcel was not delivered in time as it should have been, and package items damaged

I booked a parcel collection for 22 December you took payment and I was then told on the receipt it would be collection on 2nd January.

Parcel arrived at German depot 21.12.12, delivered 27.12.12. I was told that delivery would be 24,12,12

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
