The pick up worked well - even in poor weather. I had to leave the parcel outside but it was picked up OK and the paper signed.

Happy overall. A morning OR afternoon collection notice by the couriers would be of some help. Saves wasting a day waiting. Otherwise happy!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
