Wasn't delivered without complications (2 many to mention here) & this was the first time the recipient had to pay customs to receive gifts

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

You have been let down by Courier who failed to make the collection and have failed twice to make the delivery. Delivery is still awaited.

Waited in all day and didn't get the parcel picked up until 5 ish but realise that it was very near Christmas. Overall a good service.
