Price + speed excellent. Labels should go to person awaiting collection, not instigator. Couriers should have company phone to make contact.

Our Response: Labels go to the account holder only. It's free and easy to register so we don't see this as a problem.
Much cheaper than Royal Mail - Simple processes and delivered using some of the best couriors in the country - Great service!
