Overall the service was good but it would be extremely helpful if you could give a pickup time either am or pm as I had to miss work to wait

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

It would help if it were made clearer that the prices quoted (including insurance) don't include VAT.

It went to the wrong place and was returned to me. Resulting in item I sold having to be refunded at my expense . Wont use again

The courier did not bring the label, wanted me to hand over parcel without any form of tracking or ID, parcel didn't arrive on time,unhappy!
