Please refund my 61.18 you took for a parcel which was not collected by night freight . Thet was fraudulent as night freight dont carry big

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

My experience of Parcel monkey to date has been excellent. However, please press your carriers to commit to 1 or 2 hour delivery time slots

Web-site is often slow to respond. Sometimes collections are refused (Quota??) but same carrier is OK with another agent.

We don't operate within a quota but do close out certain areas when congestion or weather related problems become obvious to us.

Parcel Monkey were fine: City Link sucked! It took them a week to pickup. I guess they don't want your business.
