the parcel company city link delivered the parcel late - the customer had to ring the depot to get it delivered.

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

11 days and still not delivered then get a email from recipient that they have the wrong address cant people read the label

Parcel was extremely well packaged, as always, yet arrived at it's destination completely destroyed. Clearly mistreated in the Xmas rush.
