They didn't come on the day they were supposed to maybe because of the snow, however they came very early the next morning so that was good

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

The parcel was left with my customers neighbor, he was not left a card to that effect. Courier should be leaving cards.
