Failed to another courier from the shop as booked and missed Christmas delivery. I had to drive 400 miles to collect parcel myself.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

You have been let down by Courier who failed to make the collection and have failed twice to make the delivery. Delivery is still awaited.

Waited in all day and didn't get the parcel picked up until 5 ish but realise that it was very near Christmas. Overall a good service.
