Missed collection on appointed day. There was snow, but the roads were passable. We were not warned that the collection would not happen.

Our Response: I am sorry but we don't know if the individual driver, who works for the courier you selected, will be able to complete their rounds either. If the item isn't collected please contact our online support team who will gladly look into matters for you.
