More communication would have been better; an e mail stating delivery times two hours after the start of the window is not good enough.

For the love of god do not waste your time Courier are useless! Do not use just go to the post office instead much easier

The DHL driver was interested in having the customer archive copy, something to do with getting payment. In the end he scanned the label.

Parcel was held due to "insufficient address". Contacted them twice to try and sort it. NO REPLY.
