We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

My parcel wasn't collected on arranged day. It was eventually picked up 7.30pm the following day after 4 phone calls to Courier!!

would be better if you know what time your item being pickup so you dont wait all day for it. a txt message say driver will arrive in 1 hr.
