Price was excellent, but after emailing order details etc, we figured that the label would be emailed directly to the collection point?

The label is sent to the account holder. If the sender is not you then they should register their own account with us.

when parcel monkey is picking up a parcel from a customers adderss a sms to customers informing them that driver is on way.
