Our Response: We have a dedicated online support team so if you need to raise an issue with us you can do. This is much more cost effective for us and therefore you as a customer.

Our Response: The quick quote provides a price based on the size / weight of the item in question going to a non remote location. The items value and if the postcode is classed as remote can make the price increase.
Collection on time, but no update or indication of delivery or tracking update.
