when entering dimensions,I put in 2x1x1,I thought it was in metres,you may want to make it clearer,parcel was still delivered,will use again

It's very clear on the website that all dimensions need to be entered in cm!!!

This one was ok but the previous two that had failed collections, (one 3 days) were very poor no credit offered for a 4 day nextday delivery

Our Response: Booked last Wednesday, collected last Thursday and delivered last Friday. What is wrong with that?
The driver who picked up the parcel was both friendly and helpful, we also found that cost of sending the parcel was very reasonable
