I don't like the way that you advertise a seemingly low price then it turns out to be higher once VAT is added & then you charge for Paypal

All prices exc vat, but the vat price is displayed, and if you don't want to pay for PayPal then you don't have to.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
