How about offering the Hermes facility that I can get at Parcels 2 Go. It is a useful option avoiding hanging about waiting for pickups.

Parcelforce pick-up does not work in NW 6. Pick-up scheduled for Monday, was finally picked up on Wednesday pm after 4 phone calls!
