the pick up was 4 days late!

The delivery with citi link never happened. they collected the parcel and returned it to sender the next day. refused to redeliver

All good but I called Nightfreight, was told would arrive 9am - 6pm, arrived at 8:30am, someone was here to recieve, could have been problem

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
