Very easy to arrange and track a collection/delivery. Very pleased.

picked up a day late, rang night freight they only sent the order through at 430 on the pick up day. ordered 3days before.

I would like a refund, the parcel was picked up a day late as the driver got lost then delivered to completely the wrong location.

Both parcels failed to be collected on the day. One was Courier, the other was DX. CL said no-one in. DX couldn't speak English.

The man that collected was professional and friendly, he put my package in a strong bag pre addressed delivery was next day. perfect.
