DX service. Parcel collected from a retail shop-the driver was surly and rude in front of my customers. Not delivered in time scale either.

deriver did not want to sign receipt, had to ask him twice and he said its better if he doesnt sign it, never using you again

Great service but courier arrived about 25 mins after the booked time. However it was a last minute booking so perhaps to be expected.

Night freight were supposed 2 deliver on Monday but didnt until Wednesday with no contact. Very annoying but not parcel monkeys fault!
