Your driver arrived 24 hrs late. I was told that he called and left a card - this is a lie - someone was home ALL day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Missed collection on appointed day. There was snow, but the roads were passable. We were not warned that the collection would not happen.
