I was under the impression that the driver would come with a label. It was a bag. So there was no need to use an outer box! But v. good.

I arranged for DX service to be last Monday (arranged online on Sunday). Without notification it was changed to Tuesday. I wasted a day!

I am sorry but you are mistaken as if you book this service on a Sunday it is always for a Tuesday collection as shown on the booking details.

Easy to book and delivery was good, however, not great that it was not possible to indicate either am or pm collection or delivery

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
the only thing you could improve on is giving tx time slots everything else was excellent thank you

Great that you offer PayPal now as payment option. Unfortunate there's 2% charge so I don't use it. Other courier companies offer PayPa free
