Parcel seemed to be delayed, and customer contacted me. When I chassed it up, I was told it was lost in Malmo, Sweden! But it got to buyer.

I charged posteage based on your price then discovered VAT hadnt been added so am now short. Also would prefer am/pm time rather than 8-6

The driver who collected the item threw the parcel on his lorry and not surprisingly it arrived damaged!

the packeage was handled very roughly. it had firm cardboard and bubble wrap, but all 4 castors were broken
