Failed to collect twice. Impossible to get hold off. In the end I had to take parcel to the depot. Not good enough. Won't use ever again.

Parcel was booked on a 24hr service. It took 48hrs to arrive. You website has no obvious details on what to do about late deliveries.

City link failed to collect on the first attempt, didnt get collected until 2 days later. Therefore delivery was delayed.
