City Link left the parcel with a neighbour, this was perfectly OK but maybe permission should have been given to do this beforehand?

very poor. Parcel force would not accept the parcel at the post office and had to ring parcelforce for collection.

when arranging for a parcel to be collected elsewhere it would be handy to be able to send labels to collection point
