At 9am I paid for same day pick up. That evening I called Parcel Force and they said that they weren't instructed to pick up same day.

It's a good service but I'd had to wait for the entire day for the parcel to be picked up. Need to give a time for parcel pick up.

If a pick up is missed it would be nice to be able to reschedule by the us users rather than it being " automatic ".
