I wasn't at my desk when Courier arrived to collect the parcel. The driver didn't call me or look very hard for the parcel.

Now 1720 and parcel not collected. Have wasted £1.00 to sort out City Liknks problems. NOT AMUSED. Then find they subcontract collections.
